1. Day one:
For a good start let’s get cooking ! Nothing better to kick off this well being holiday than the vegan cookery class at Dar Anis .A Hamam is the naturel follow up to this detox/pampering break.Deep exfoliation and relaxation guaranteed . One of my favourite is la maison Arabe’s.In the evening head to +61 for a delicious light diner . Options are available there for vegan and vegetarians .
2. Day 2:
Dar Anis in the morning for yoga in this beautiful Riad . Medina shopping at the lovely designer boutiques and sightseeing in the afternoon with a stop à Dar Cherifa for a fresh juice . An Evening stroll in Jemaa el Fnaa and diner at the trendy Nomad to finish a great healthy day.
3. Day 3 :
For the 3rd day head to the stunning Palmeraie . A gorgeous address is Le Palais Aziza for a day by the pool and a yummy lunch . You will be in an exclusif spot away from the beaten tracks . And why not, treat yourself to a massage or a facial in their gorgeous spa .
